Jared began his real estate career in 2012 working for a boutique brokerage in sales. In 2016, he joined a larger franchise in a leadership role focused on recruitment and retention of agents.

Jared consistently recruited over 100 agents per year and opened additional offices while growing brokerage profit. He was featured within the company and the local community as a real estate leader.

In 2022, his passion for coaching and helping others led him and Beth in founding Emerge.
In 2012, Beth began her real estate career along with her best friend, Angela, as a 50/50 team. For over 10 years, Beth and Angela served the Northeastern Nevada community to buy, sell and invest in real estate.
Upon attending a training six years ago, Beth discovered she loves teaching and coaching agents and brokerage staff.
Beth is passionate about giving back to her community and wakes up every day excited to make a difference.
